[TN-Bird] Correction to White County post from 1/27/2017.

I guess my brain was not working when I reported Common Mergansers
yesterday in White County.  I meant Hooded Mergansers.  Sheesh. That's what
I get for working all night and birding all morning instead of going home
and sleeping. My apologies.
