A single Mourning Warbler was seen along the river in phase 1 of Shelby Bottoms in Nashville this morning, about 50 feet past the river overlook platform. A Connecticut Warbler was singing in the wooded area that borders phase 1 and 2, about 30 feet past where the trail curves away from the river. Both species were seen in these same areas last spring.
