[TN-Bird] Common terns plus waterfowl in Blount County

There are at least two Common Terns, plus at least three Common Loons at Ish 
Creek Bay in Blount County.  There is also a large raft of ducks—mostly 
Redheads.  Scope required.  Viewing from a rocky point to the right of the boat 
ramp off of Wonderland Drive.
