TN-Birders: A Cliff Swallow nest from a previous breeding season was discovered 18 March in Shady Valley, Johnson County, TN. The elevation is 2,800 feet and this may be the higest known elevation for a nest of this species in Tennessee. It is also the first nesting record for Johnson County and Shady Valley, the state's highest mountain valley. It was found by Wallace Coffey and Chris O'Bryan. Let's go birding.....
