[TN-Bird] Clarksville Greenway Outing

A group of about a dozen folks from Clarksville Greenway supporters, TOS 
members, and Warioto Audubon Chapter from Clarksville, gathered this morning at 
the greenway for a bird outing. Warioto Audubon hosted the outing, in order to 
educate the Greenway members about the many species of birds found in the area 
and enjoy the great outdoors.
Here is a list of species seen/heard:
Wild Turkey
Black Vulture
Turkey Vulture
Red-shouldered Hawk
American Kestrel
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Downy Woodpecker
Hairy Woodpecker
Northern Flicker
Pileated Woodpecker
Eastern Wood Peewee
Blue-headed Vireo
Blue Jay
American Crow
Carolina Chickadee
Tufted Titmouse
Red-breasted Nuthatch
White-breasted Nuthatch
Brown Creeper
Carolina Wren
Golden-crowned Kinglet
Ruby-crowned Kinglet
Eastern Bluebird
American Robin
Yellow-rumped Warbler
Northern Cardinal
Red-winged Blackbird
Total= 27 species
Response from the Greeway members was very positive, who all said they were 
glad they came, and learned a lot. Mission accomplished.
Thanks to all those who participated. 
Looking forward to Pace Point on November 20th.
