[TN-Bird] Re: Cinnamon Teal-Lincoln County

Please note, Cinnamon Teal is a Review Species and one that
hasn't been recorded in the state in several years. Ironically,
Don Miller and I were talking about that just yesterday. The
Tennessee Bird Records Committee would appreciated documentation
for this bird.
