[TN-Bird] Chota Refuge Help Needed

There were two posts on eBird from this past weekend reporting 36 Greater
White-fronted Geese at Chota Waterfowl Refuge. Would anyone be able to provide
driving directions to Chota from Knoxville? Also, where is the best loaction
in the refuge to see waterfowl and how do you get there? :-)
