[TN-Bird] Cattle Egret on Knox CBC

Another good bird to add to the Knoxville CBC list: Chuck Nicholson
had a Cattle Egret, the first ever for our CBC.
The bird was found from the end of Jim Jones Road looking over the
upper reaches of Melton Hill Lake on the Clinch River near Bull Run
Steam Plant. To get there, from I-40, take Pellissippi Parkway north
towards Oak Ridge. At Solway, turn right just before the RaceTrac
(or RaceWay or some such) gas station onto Jim Jones Road (if you
cross the river bridge, you've gone too far. Park at the end of
Jim Jones road and walk back to the lake access area. I wouldn't
neccessarily recommend going alone as it is a rather secluded area.
