Along with several birders I saw the Cassin’s Kingbird at Bells Bend Park at
2:30 pm today. It was located near the River where the trail follows underneath
the power line wires 100-200 meters. Park at the Poplar Creek entrance and use
the trail that follows the creek about a mile down toward the river. The bird
perches in the trees on the right side of the trail, and on the wire. Sometimes
it flies out into the open field but it flies back in a few minutes.
