[TN-Bird] Caspian Terns in Winchester

There were 4 Caspian Terns along with 1 Forster's on the sandbar across
TN130 from the Winchester City park this morning.

(This is just under 1.5 miles NW of the square.  Just after you cross the
bridge heading NW pull into the parking lot on the left.  The sandbar will
then be obvious to the W.)
