I had my first Caspian tern for Polk County on Thursday at 1330 hours. The tern
was roosting on a mud bar in Parksville lake at the Greasy Creek bridge. Also a
Spotted sandpiper on the mud bar.

Both species still present at 1540 hours.

A great bird for my 200th species for Polk County
