[TN-Bird] Carter Co. Summer Bird Count

On 7 June 2008 the Herndon Chapter of TOS held its 15th annual Carter Co. 
Summer Bird Count.
21 observers in 8-9 parties spent 61 party hours & 3 nocturnal hours in the 
field.
The weather was clear, with temperatures of 68-94.

116 species, plus 1 hybrid & 1 color morph were found this year.
The average number of species has been 111, with a range of 105 - 117 over the
previous 14 years (1992 - 2007, but missed in 2 years).
