Today was a beautiful morning in Great Smoky Mountains NP's Cades Cove with
heavy frost and valley fog followed by bright sunshine and temps near 65 in
the afternoon. Lots of deer in the fields and bucks sparing at two locations.
While I didn't walk the fields like Susan and Kris, I did have a productive
day while doing my volunteer duties. These sighting are primarily from Sparks
Lane, the sewerage ponds and along the loop drive.
