[TN-Bird] Cades Cove Loop closure

Hi folks,

For those of you planning on visiting Great Smoky Mountains National
Park, the Cades Cove loop road will be closed for repairs Feb
27-March 5.  They have to repair a culvert.

Cades Cove (in Blount County, TN) is one of the prime bird watching
sites in the entire park, and maybe the best lower elevation site in
the park.  But it gets a ridiculous amount of traffic, so it needs
repairs on a pretty regular basis.
