[TN-Bird] Cackling Goose update by David Sibley

TNBirders,

Saw a post from JR Rigby on the MissBirds list, for those that don't know him, 
JR is an excellent birder and part of the Delta WindBirds team. His post was 
concerning some Geese that he had identified initially as Cackling but had 
nagging doubts about the birds. Turns out David Sibley did a great post on his 
blog recently concering this same topic, with a very interesting take on what 
may be going on. This is very pertinent for us also as more and more in between 
type geese seem to be showing up.
