Hello TN Birders, SW Virginia birders, and area naturalists, While on the Kingsport CBC today, I saw 2 Bobcats. We were walking in the old landfill called Bowser's Ridge about 2 miles west of I-26 at the Eastern Star Exit. The landfill, owned and managed by the City of Johnson City is called Bowser's Ridge. This is not an area that you can enter without getting prior permission first and it's about a mile walk to the end of the gravel road where the cats were sighted. The property adjoining the landfill property to the north is owned and managed by Eastman and trespassing there is strictly prohibited. The cats were near the back end of the landfill property near the Eastman side. - Rob Biller Elizabethton, TN =================NOTES TO SUBSCRIBER===================== The TN-Bird Net requires you to SIGN YOUR MESSAGE with first and last name, CITY (TOWN) and state abbreviation.
