TN-birders,
Dollyann and I were in Clinton (Anderson Co.) this afternoon and decided to
check out Eagle Bend Fish Hatchery. We found 4 Buff-breasted Sandpipers. This
was in the middle of the hatchery grounds. Most of the holding ponds are dry
and they were in the grass between two of the ponds. They flew over into one of
the dry ponds and were relocated but they are very difficult to spot against
the brown earth.
The only other species of note there were about 75 Killdeer.

Great birding,
Ron Hoff and Dollyann Myers
Clinton, TN
