Six parties completed the Buffalo River CBC today. Preliminary results (one
party still not reported) was a record high 91 species. Highlights included 26
Sandhill Cranes, 6 Bonaparte's and 9 Ring-billed Gulls. Other interesting finds
included 11 species of waterfowl, Barn Owls, House Wren, Palm Warblers and
Vesper Sparrows. Thanks to all who participated. Complete results will be
posted when I have the last party's results.
