Brainerd Levee and Standifer Gap Marsh
Chattanooga, Hamilton Co., TN
Sunday, November 30, 2003
Ring-necked Duck, 1 male & 1 female, Marsh, pond near church
Snow Goose, 1 snow and 2 blue, Levee, behind Boyd-Buchannon School, 4 PM, with
about 80 Canada Geese
Palm Warbler, 2, Levee, along pipeline clearing to Vulcan Recreational Area
American Pipit, likely 3-4 flying overhead, Levee
I searched diligently for Horned Larks, Pipits and Longspurs on and along the
gravel parking lots near the marsh each day November 24 to 28 and November 30,
without any luck.
