Blum and Patterson watched an albino Robin at Brainerd Levee 10/6/02, about 9 AM. It was white all over, with very light gray tinting, especially near the face. The breast was somewhat pink, much lighter than nearby Robins. The primaries were brilliant white. Other interesting birds this morning: Cooper's, Red-shouldered, Red-tailed, Kestrel, Osprey Sora (3), Common Snipe, Lesser Yellowlegs (2) Willow Flycatcher, Marsh (6) and Sedge (6) Wrens, Redstart, Magnolia, Palm (5+), Tennessee (5+), Yellow and Yellowthroat Warblers Rose-breasted Groosbeak, Indigo Bunting (5+) Clyde Blum, Kevin Calhoon, Jan Chadwell, David Patterson, Betty and Bill Wampler, Libby Wolfe, and 2 young men whose names I missed, sorry!
