Cleveland Greenway-am-northern harrier-my first for the county this year
Cleveland Waste water Plant, Charleston
killdeer-8
least sandpiper-15
semipalmated sandpiper-5
white-rumped sandpiper-1-county year bird
South Mouse Creek-great egret-water very high here
Beeler Ridge Road NE
first pond on right in corn field
lesser yellowlegs-2
sanderling-3-my first county bird in 25 years
least sandpiper
common nighthawk-8 feeding and staging
met a Boy Scout friend who lives in the area here, and he gave a great
description of this spot having an avocet this past spring
first pond on left with grass on back edge
pied-billed grebe-early bird-usually show in county in late Oct
red-headed woodpecker-first time for this species here
Moral of this day-if it has water, check it out!
