[TN-Bird] Both longspurs

Birding at Reelfoot lake with Dr. Fred Alsop's ornithology class in west
Tennessee. We came across a large flock of 75-100 Lapland Longspurs at the
intersection of Vaun and River roads. The big surprise was a Smith's
Longspur in with the Laplands! It was seen at less than 30 feet away by
Alsop and the entire class.
