Larry Marcum, TWRA Chief of Wildlife, sent me the following paragraph: The TDOS web sites indicates that all the wildlife plates now cost $35 plus the regular registration of $21.50. Of the $35 extra for the wildlife plates, TWRA gets $31 from each bluebird plate sale that goes into the Watchable Wildlife endowment funds for non-game programs. From each bear or turkey plate, TWRA gets $15.50 which comes to the general wildlife account to be used for all wildlife programs.
