Yes, Phelps Pond is absolutely correct. My mistake. I wasn't thinking. From
northeast to southwest along Lowe's Ferry Road the order is Hitch Pond, Stilt
Pond, Phelps Pond, and Ish Creek Bay. The heron rookery is at Phelps Pond.
