[TN-Bird] Black-throated Sparrow update

I wasn't able to get down to the sparrow spot near Elora, TN until 11:00 this 
morning.  Kevin Breault and I spent a little over two hours there and did not 
see the bird.  However, we were told that it had been seen in the same area 
earlier this morning by a few folks.  It was very windy when we were there, so 
that may have kept it deep in the brush.
