Elora and Covington TN

Morris Williams is back in the country from a South American trip and today
found the Black-throated Sparrow back in the same brush pile the originally
located the bird. Someone had changed the sign "HERE" to read "WAS HERE",
which has caused birders visiting the area to not look for the bird very long
and thus no recent reports. Please if you go for this bird, the land owners
would appreciate your signing the register, many visitors in December did not
do
so, it is the least we can do for their allowing us cross their farm to view
this fine bird.

The BIRD is there, so if you have tried and failed, TRY-TRY Again!

The Orange-crowned Sparrow is still being seen in Covington TN. If you got
in a hurry one day you could get 2 great western sparrows in one day here in
Tennessee.

Good Birding !!!
