[TN-Bird] Re: Black-necked stilt

The Black-necked stilt was still at the W.R. Grace ponds at 6:00pm 4.28. If
you go park at the Chattanooga Wood Recycling entrance. There is a section
of the fence and foliage that you can look through. This is the shot I git
digi-binocularing with my smartphone and 10x42s. Good birding!
