[TN-Bird] Re: Black-capped Petrel at Woods Reservoir 10-9-17

The bird was still present as of 5:40 PM.  We initially met up with the
Stolls viewing the bird from the Gossick Leadership Building. As evening
approached, it drifted to the west, so we moved over to the peninsula
behind the UT Space Institute, which was quite a bit closer.  The bird
didn't move an inch over the last thirty minutes or so, so I believe it was
planning to roost in that spot.  If it's still there in the morning, your
best chance will be to be there before dawn in my opinion.
