This morning I saw a Black-billed Cuckoo at the intersection of Otter Creek
Rd and the dam road at Radnor. It then flew across Otter Creek Rd and I
didn't re-locate it. I tried to call somebody but couldn't get a signal.
The spillway and area around the ranger house were dripping with birds,
with large numbers of Bay-breasteds and several Philadelphia Vireos seen
well from the spillway bridge. Wish you were there, Tony Lance. Great looks
at a low Blackburnian near the mulberry tree in front of the ranger house,
and a singing Least Flycatcher.
