TN-birders,
Today around noon, Dollyann and I went to Louisville Point Park in Blount
Co. to try to find the Caspian Tern that was found yesterday.
We did NOT find the Caspian Tern but did find some Black Terns flying
around, and occasionally perching on channel markers. If you look at the TN
Gazetteer map, it shows the Knox Co. line in the middle of the river and
actually it goes close to the shore on the Blount Co. side. The birds flew
close to the other shore, thereby making the birds, at times, in Knox
County.
