Susan,
Are you pretty confident with the Short-billed identification? Long-billed is
decidedly the expected Dowitcher during the winter months, Short-billed would
be quite a record. Thanks, just wondering.

After the storm front passed through yesterday I made a quick late-afternoon

Short-billed Dowitcher feeding with Killdeer and 11 Wilson's Snipe, which have
been in very short supply in our area this fall and winter.
