This morning at Radnor Lake there was an adult Bald Eagle perched high in a
tree near the Great Blue Heron nest at the cormorant point. I also saw two
Barred Owls and heard 2 more. A pair is nesting in the same tree as last
year near Long Bridge. And there were two Louisiana Waterthrushes, one at
each end of the lake. I enjoyed watching one at the east end across from
the parking lot flipping over leaves in the creek as it foraged just 30
feet away.
