[TN-Bird] Bald Caspian tern?, Stilt SP, etc. (Gallatin, TN)

Spent 2 hours at the Gallatin Steam Plant this evening and among 14 Caspian 
terns was one that had the bald head pattern of a Royal but all the other 
markings of a Caspian I think (photo at: 
http://www.flickr.com/photos/dkirschke/3803016676/).  Small numbers of 
shorebirds but a nice variety, including 1 Stilt sandpiper.  My daughter got 
good looks at several lifers.
