[TN-Bird] Apparent Crested Caracara in Gray, TN (Sullivan Co., TN)

Gray, TN
Yesterday, Dale Ledford photographed what appears to be a Crested Caracara
in Gray, TN. He took the photos with his phone.
The location was along Old Gray Station Road. Take the Gray/Suncrest Drive
exit off of I-26 and travel toward Tri-Cities Airport. Turn left at the
Dairy Queen onto Old Gray Station Road. The bird was photographed somewhere
around Spurgeon Lane/Crystal Springs Circle/Red Lane.....near the two large
silos.
David Kirschke and I searched the area for several hours this morning, with
no luck.
