[TN-Bird] Another Saw-whet Owl in Blount County

It was perfect weather for banding owls (cloudy with no rain or wind).  We 
banded another Saw-whet Owl (Nov. 15) in Blount County, a few miles east of 
Kyker Bottoms around 9pm.  This now doubles our total from last fall.  The bird 
was another after-hatch-year female.
