[TN-Bird] Anhinga still present (Washington Co. - 7/18/21)

The Anhinga is currently (12:05pm) perched in a dead tree, just above the
Austin Springs bridge over Boone Lake (on the south side). It is easily
viewable from the pull-off at the bridge.
