Chapel Hill, TN
Marshall Cty

While down on the farm walking around late on Sunday (5:20pm) I heard 3
Woodcocks peenting and displaying (only 2 were actually heard conducting the
courtship flight).

Other birds of note:
American robin - ~2000
Brown thrasher - 1
Fox sparrow - 4

Although I didn't see the Barn owls - I do still have fresh owl pellets and
white wash in the barn. A pair successfully raised 2 chicks last summer. Thanks
to Scott/Polly/Pandy at TWRA for providing another owl box....I hope to
increase the numbers.
