Monday 10-31-05 at 4pm, we set up our spotting scope in the middle of a
field in Shelby Farms Park in Memphis TN. Within minutes we saw 1 Cooper's
Hawk dive and swoop, chasing a smaller bird who got away, 1 Red Tailed Hawk
park himself on a limb, and 3 Rough Legged Hawks sitting on posts or
standing on the ground. Autumn is the time for raptors.

Good Birding !
