[TN-Bird] 2nd TN record for Clapper Rail?

I recently recieved these pics of a rail that was found on a road in 
Chattanooga with a broken wing on 23 Sept. 05.  It is currently in custody of a 
rehaber (Louanne Parington).  It appears to me to be a Clapper Rail which, 
according to John Robinsons book, would be the 2nd state record.  Have attached 
pics below and would appreciate cofirmation or argument on ID.

Maybe another hurricane bird.
