Laz, this is good to know but when I put
c:\Windows\SysWOW64\Speech\SpeechUX\sapi.cpl
In the run box, only thing that still comes up for me is Anna, nothing
else.
It says 1 of 1. I am using Windows 7.
I was always wondering how to change it. Any thoughts or is there some
other steps needed for other voices. Just curious.

If you're running Windows 7, Microsoft Anna is the only SAPI 5 voice
which
shows up normally. Other voices won't show up in the text-to-speech tab
under speech. To correct this, do the following to get them to show up.
Go to the run dialog and paste the following line:
c:\Windows\SysWOW64\Speech\SpeechUX\sapi.cpl
This will bring up a different speech control panel in which you can
select
other SAPI 5 voices.
