Hold down select until the menu pops up. Navigate down to follow playlist and click select. Make sure it's on yes and click select. Left arrow once to return to files. This makes it so that when you stop playing a file or you check the file name by clicking select, it puts you right on the file you were playing. I hope that's what you meant. Now when I stop playing a file the player always takes me back to the beginning of the folder. Is there a way to get it to take me back to where I am now in the file? Especially when it's said or written by an iThing fan. I've seen too many examples of some iThing user who has used iThings for years use an Android phone for a week or two and then berating Android widely. The first thing one has to realize is that they've used iThings for years, yet only take a week or two to try to use an Android device as if it were an iThing, to then claim that Android isn't accessible. Of course all the other iThing users nod their heads and forward that opinion around. This then reaches the unsuspecting, those who have never tried an Android device for themselves, and it scares them away from a completely accessible option, which many blind and vision-impaired folks are using in their daly lives, because it is accessible. Let's make an example here. I've never used a Mac, but I've been using a PC with a screen reader for at least a decade. So I pick up a Mac with VoiceOver and try to use it as if it were a PC with the screen reader that I"m used to for about a week or two. What do you think my opinion of the Mac and VoiceOver will be at the end of that week or two? Android and iOS are different operating systems and don't work exactly alike, the gestures have to be different as Apple has filed patents on screen gestures, and so on and so on. Some things are better on one platform, while others are better on the other platform. Each one has its good points and not so good points. The iThings are not the be all and end all for everyone just like Android isn't the solution for everyone. But one should never just believe and take as truth the opinions of someone else without looking into it oneself and arriving at one's own conclusion based on what one found to be the truth. I have used an iPod Touch in the past and was able to use it. I now use an Android device and do find it accessible. Yes, they're different, but both are accessible. Android is quickly getting more and more accessible, so if you decide to take a look, try a device with a current Android version from Google itself, not something that's years old or that has been made less accessible by the hardware manufacturer making changes in the firmware. It's a world of difference between and Android device of a couple of years ago to todays Android devices. My apologies for wasting all this space on this off-topic subject.
