Not to mention the accessibility issues some folks experience when
trying to use iTunes. I got a gift card as a present and every time I
go to use it to get some music, I have to remember how to deal with
iTunes. The first time I went to use the gift card, my wife had to
enter some information for me and even get past the first album I
wanted to download.
