Thanks well I guess the OCR doesn't have to be accessible if we do it from
home, it's a shame that more aren't.

$400 for the capture station stand for capturing large portions of text. But
the Intel reader is small and can go anywhere and run off its rechargeable
battery.

We haven't shopped for this in awhile. We have an older scanner that does
one page at a time and no new OCR software.
We need to convert study materials.
I would imagine the easiest thing would be to have a multi sheet scanner and
prepare it at home. Not sure if many of those come with OCR software.
I have seen some portable scanners as well that have OCR.
Can for now use the scanner we have and get some OCR software but ideally I
think a multi feed with OCR software that comes with it sounds best.
Just looking for recommendations on the best set up and scanners and/or
software recommended. Trying to also be economical.
