For the music, you can raise the volume using MP3Gain. I have no idea
which male or female voice you're referring to, but if you're using
RBClip, you can raise the volume of the voice within RBClip and then
recreate the talk files which will raise the volume for your folders
and files. As far as the voice that reads the menus, I've always set
up our players with female voices. Note that the menu items are such
things as files, recent bookmarks, FM radio, Recording, settings,
system, etc. This is not the voice that's used to speak the names of
your folders and files within the files menu item.

As for IE, I haven't used that in about 10 years. The command would be
the windows command for getting to the address bar which I believe is
alt D, or is it control D.
