Hi Jim,
The answer is yes. This is how I would arrange the devices:
1. I'd attach the RTX (Home unit) to the stereo. This does not use the
headphone jack and enables your stereo system to either transmit or receive
Bluetooth signals.
2. I'd attach the TX (portable transmitter) to the headphone jack on the
computer. This enables your computer to transmit Bluetooth signals.
The two devices working together will provide what you're looking for.
