That's very unusual, Pauline. The steps differ in no way at all, so if
it worked on the Fuze, it should work on the Clip Plus as well.
Now as far as VoiceBox is concerned, most likely it just stopped
working. We have stopped sending it out with our players due to the
fact that for unknown reasons it would just stop working and offer up
a couple of different error messages. It actually failed me when I was
recording the audio instructions for using it and that was the last
straw, so I just switched to RBClip instead. I should also say that
most customers are now using RBClip instead and are very pleased with
it.
