Yes, I guess what is done is done, next time I wait!
Thank you for the update for the Fuze Version 2, I will go and update now.
Many Thanks, but out of Curiosity, what would I have needed to do to solve the Empty list issue? 
that is without taking the long Steps I did, to sort out the problem.
I ask as if it ever happens again I will then know what to do, instead of Deleting everything?

Finally got my Mp3 Sansa Fuze Player to Speak and to read out the Audio Book 
File in the Audio Book Folder.
I ended up Deleting  everything out of the Sansa Player, and then Clip
Boarded the Original Back up of the Sansa MP3 Fuze Players Files.
They are the ones you told me and everyone to Back up when we get our Sansa 
Players.
I made sure it also included the RB Clip Files as well.
After Reloading all the Back Up Files into the Sansa Fuze Player, I did a 30 
second Re-set  and then reconnected it back to my Computer again and then
Clip Boarded the Audio Book I wanted to Read, into the Audio Book Folder,
then Disconnecting the Sansa Player, I did the usual 15 Second Holding down the Slide Button and released it and then after a further 10 second wait, I 
turned on the Player, and Hey! Success!
 All worked as it should.
However the Version  of my Sansa Fuze is now set back to the original
Version to what it was when I received the Player a couple of years or so 
ago!
I know there has been several updates  so could you Send me the Update
Links?
It is version 2.
