[tmp] A question help please, , with my Sansa Clip+ player

Let's see if I can explain.
USB mode had changed, had my daughter fix it with your instructions.
Now when I connect it meaning the player,  to the comp I don't see my G drive.
What is there, is the F and H drive.
What has happened?
