[tlug] forum issues, new stuff on the server

There is a problem with spam in the forums as you all have noticed,
Adele and myself are currently working on fixing the issue.
The next path we are going to try is to move away from the current
fourm software
Also Https has been enabled on the server.
I created a certificate from www.cacert.org for the dns address of
tlug.endofnet.com witch directs back to tlug.latech.edu .
The new forums will use https for login and browsing.
