It would be better for me if someone else could be in charge of the
volunteering afternoon tomorrow so I can get some of my own work done, then
come to the meeting.

There has been a bit of a misunderstanding - I didn't mean that I would
volunteer for all the days I said I was free, I thought we were having a
Board discussion about who would do what when. Four whole days in one week
is a bit much for me and doesn't leave time for everything else I have to
do!
